When you build or buy a "Watson Home" we will agree
on a trade-in price up front. The home will be marketed
by our professional Real Estate staff at a fair market
value. If your home has not been sold during the
construction process, Watson Homes, Inc. will purchase
your home at the pre-arranged price. If you are buying
one of our existing "Custom Built Homes", the trade
agreement would happen automatically. Advantages
